King James

When talking about NBA, for most people the first thing to come to mind is the name James. A man with exceptional talent at the game of basketball. Lebron James (or King James as some refer) is a staggeing 6 feet 8 inches, 240 pounds, and combined with his amazing talent at basketball, he has the potential for greatness. His shot is virtally unblockable and with a average of around 40% from the field, he rarely misses. because of his athletic ablity, Lebron plays above the rim. What that means is that Lebron, at some points during his jump, his head is above the rim. Since he can do this there are very few others who can even compete with him, giving him a respectable advantage. Most importantly, Lebron James is known for his slam dunk. It is a powerfull slam and will raise a crowd to their feet along wit boosting his teams morale. With all of this at his disposal, James has established himself as a legitimate tripple-double threat and a serious callenge for other teams in the NBA.

Lebron James 2003-04 Season

In the 2003, Lebron was selected by the Cavaliers with the first overall pick in the draft. In his first NBA game Lebron shot 60% from the floor with 25 points, close to his season average of 2o.9 points per game. He was named rookie of the year and joined Michael Jordan as one of the three players to have a game average of 20 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds their rookie year. I think that Lebron is one of the best payers to have ever played the game. Because of his exceptional size, quickness, and stength he is easily able to penetrate defenses and take the ball to the hole, making him good all around player. After Lebron's first game he says the player he aspires to be is Jason Kidd, praising him for his exceptional passing skills and says that he is the best point guard out there. During this season Lebron became the youngest player to score at least 40 points in one game and also became the youngest player to recieve the NBA rookie of the year award. Lebron ended his first season with a 35-47 record and the Cavaliers failed to make the playoffs. Lebrons first season was just the beginning of a whole lot more to come. James soon became a NBA star because of his amazing charisma and the intensity that he brings to the court, not to mention his increadible ability at the game of basketball.
